Prescribe Exercise Daily.

Discuss. Assess. Prescribe. Repeat.
Most people know they need to be active. They know exercise is good for them. As a doctor, you may have already talked to them about exercise. There's nothing like a hand-written, take-home prescription from a doctor to show just how important exercise is to their individual health. Even better, exercise prescriptions clearly state how often and how long a patient should exercise each week.

Download and copy the Exercise Prescriptions & Referral Form for your office. Try to prescribe at least one a day during Exercise is Medicine Month™ in May.
